• File processing is automated. We do not routinely access, view, or review the content of files you upload. We may access file content only where necessary to investigate suspected abuse, enforce our Terms of Use, or comply with a legal obligation.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and process any file you submit to the Service.

• Communications you send us are retained as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry and for our internal records.
