Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital services only

PDFBae provides online PDF tools and a paid upgrade, PDFBae Premium. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and nothing is delivered to a postal address. Our services are available online worldwide.

2. How Premium is delivered

• Premium is added to the PDFBae account you were signed in with when you paid.
• It is activated automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds. You see the confirmation on screen, on your account's Billing page, and in a receipt email sent to your account's email address.
• If you buy while Premium is still active, the new period starts when your current period ends, so you don't lose any days.
• Sometimes a bank takes longer to confirm a payment. Premium is then activated automatically once the confirmation arrives — please don't pay again in the meantime.

3. If Premium isn't activated

If your payment went through but Premium isn't active on your account within an hour, email contact@pdfbae.com with your purchase reference (it starts with PB-) or the date and amount of the payment. If we can't activate the Premium you paid for, we refund the payment in full, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
