Features & usage limits
Most PDFBae tools run right in your browser, with no limits and no upload. When a file needs our servers, a fair-use allowance applies so the service stays fast for everyone.
Premium
What you get with Premium
Everything in the free plan, plus room for real work:
-
Much higher server allowances
Many more server jobs every day, bigger files and longer documents in every tool.
-
5.0 GB of PDFBae storage
Your results are kept while Premium is active, instead of 24 hours — open them again in any tool without uploading.
-
Bigger, lasting flipbook links
Up to 100 share links a day for PDFs up to 1.0 GB, and links that keep working while you're Premium.
-
Google Drive in and out
Open files from Google Drive and save results to a PDFBae.com folder in your Drive — in every plan, and with Premium for much bigger jobs.
-
Unlimited browser tools
Tools that run on your device stay unlimited and private, as always.
-
No subscription, no surprises
A one-time payment for the period you choose; nothing renews automatically. If Premium ends, your kept files stay 3 more days so you can save them.

Processed in your browser: unlimited
These tools can work entirely on your device, so there is no server quota. Your files never leave your browser in this mode. Practical limits still come from your device: very large files or long documents can be slow or run out of memory, especially on phones. Some files, such as password-protected PDFs, may need server processing.

How server allowances work
Daily reset
Daily allowances reset at 00:00 UTC.
Only finished jobs count
A job counts once it completes. While it is processing it holds a place in your allowance; if it fails or you cancel it, that place is given back. Submitting the same job twice by accident is only counted once.
Signing in keeps your usage
If you used server tools as a guest and then sign in, today's usage moves to your account, and you get the free account's higher allowance.
Fair use
Repeated failed or cancelled jobs may start to count, and automated or abusive use may be limited. Allowances may change; this page always shows the current ones.
